TOOL MAKING/DIE DESIGN
We model, carry out simulation of the work of tools and mass-spring/springback of materials. We optimize the size of the tools as well as the material consumption. We carry out comprehensive projects with full technical and technological documentation. We suggest solutions for complex products.
STAMPING AND PUNCHING
Eccentric and hydraulic presses are the heart of our production. We have over 15 modern presses in the pressure range from 5 to 160 tons. We make details on multi-tact, progressive and single socket tools. We have our own tool shop, thanks to which the regeneration is fast and precise, allowing for uninterrupted and just in time production.
MILLING
Based on the documentation , we provide milling services. Our machine park includes ultra-precise OKUMA CNC machining centers and conventional machines. We could do the milling up to 4 axes with an accuracy of several microns. We make both small and medium production series.
TURNING
Our turners are artists in their profession. They gained experience by making parts for the aviation industry. Production takes place with the use of modern CNC lathes and also classically, with the use of conventional lathes.
PRECISION GRINDING
We offer services in the field of precision grinding. Our machine park allows us to carry out the following works: surface grinding, grinding holes and shafts.
WELDING AND FUSION WELDING
Services are provided with the MIG / MAG method in a CO2 cover, with the use of semi-automatic welding machines and with the TIG method in an Argon cover. An experienced team of welders performs beads in accordance with the Polish and German welding standards. Our services also include spot welding of thin sheets.
WATER CUTTING
The abrasive waterjet cutting technology enables any shape to be obtained in almost all types of materials. We cut tough materials, plastic, soft and porous materials also. Thanks to a special head, we can pierce fragile materials without fear of destroying them.
BENDING
We provide sheet metal bending services using a press brake. We have a CNC press with a pressure of 100 tons and 7 numerically controlled axes. The machine enables repeated execution of complex bends.
ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE MACHINING (EDM)
Electric discharge is an inseparable element of every tool shop. We use 5-axis FANUC CNC wire cutters, characterized by incredible accuracy and quality of the cut surface. We make precise and complex shapes in materials of high hardness.
